So...Robbie and I made an offer on a house today. The house is currently bank owned because the house was foreclosed on, so we have to wait for the bank to accept the offer. Our realtor told us that we should know by tomorrow if they accept, reject, or counter the offer. I'm so nervous. I really hope they accept.
The house is so cute! It's in Taylorsville, it's about 1,560 square feet, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, it's a tri-level, which I love, it has a huge yard, which will be great for Chili Pepper, it has a two car garage, it has bay windows, it's in a nice neighborhood. It's just perfect!

ooo congrats! i would think the bank would approve, but good luck anyway! we're thinking about getting a house. we met with a guy last week, but still haven't submitted an application. we need to get some of corey's credit cleared up first i think. it would just be so nice to have a real house....especially with dogs! they just need yards lol. anyway, good luck again!
